Michaela Rosová

Michaela ROSOVÁ was born in Senica. She is a two-time finalist of the literary competition Poviedka (Short story) (2005 and 2006), in 2006 she won a prize in the literary competition Román (Novel).

She debuted with the novel Hlava nehlava (2009). In 2011, she published the novel Dandy, which was in the final shortlist of Slovak literary prize Anasoft litera. She writes critical blogs about Slovak literature, and she is one of the few, who is able to provoke larger discussions beyond the literary bubble. In 2019, she self-published the prose book Tvoja izba (Your room), which was selected for the final five of Anasoft litera 2020.
